Tuesday Night Runs

Tuesday Night runs leave from the downtown Ann Arbor Running Company/Up and Running Performance (209 S Ashley St.) at 6:05pm. Every week I will post the workout here, so you can see what we will be doing.

Tuesday September 3rd:

Warm Up: Jog to Palmer Field. Warm Up at Palmer Field.

​

Workout: 3 min on, 2 min off x 2, 2 min on 2 min off x 3, 1 min on 1 min off x 4. Speed should get faster with decreasing time intervals.

 

Cool down: Easy run back to the store
