Tuesday Night Runs

Tuesday Night runs leave from the downtown Ann Arbor Running Company/Up and Running Performance (209 S Ashley St.) at 6:05pm. Every week I will post the workout here, so you can see what we will be doing.

Tuesday, Aug 26th:

Warm Up: Jog to Sunset Hill, Dynamic Warm Up

​

Workout: 3-5 run up sunset hill, jog down recovery, 6 x Orkney Dr Hill sprint, walk or jog down recovery

​

Cool Down: Jog back to store

​
