Tuesday Night Runs
Tuesday Night runs leave from the downtown Ann Arbor Running Company/Up and Running Performance (209 S Ashley St.) at 6:05pm. Every week I will post the workout here, so you can see what we will be doing.

Tuesday, Sept 9th:
​
Warm Up: Jog to Argo Loop, Dynamic Warm Up
​
Workout: Progression loop- increase speed every 5 minutes x 5 (total of 25 minutes). Should be up to 5k pace by the last 5 minutes.
​
Cool Down: Jog back to store
