Tuesday Night Runs

Tuesday Night runs leave from the downtown Ann Arbor Running Company/Up and Running Performance (209 S Ashley St.) at 6:05pm. Every week I will post the workout here, so you can see what we will be doing.

Tuesday, January 14th:

​

Warm Up: Jog to Nob Hill

​

Workout: 15 minutes running clockwise on hill loop, 15 minutes running counterclockwise on loop (moderate effort- marathon/half marathon pace). Finish with 6-8 hill sprints on 3rd.

Cool Down: Jog back to store
