Tuesday Night Runs

Tuesday Night runs leave from the downtown Ann Arbor Running Company/Up and Running Performance (209 S Ashley St.) at 6:05pm. Every week I will post the workout here, so you can see what we will be doing.

Tuesday, April 15th:

Warm Up: Jog to Palmer Field, Dynamic Stretches

​

Workout: 1 min on, 1 min off, 2 min on, 2 min off, 3 min on 3 min off, 4 min on, 3 min off,
5 min on, 3 min off, 4 min on, 3 min off, 3 min on 3 min off, 2 min on,
2 min off, 1 min on, 1 min off


Off time= jogging recovery
Shorter intervals should be faster!

Cool Down: Jog back to store
