This is a 6 week strength training program focused on runners specific strength needs. This strength training class will review all important lifts and skills necessary for injury prevention and improved running distance and time. Each week there will be a different focus. We will work on going through an entire phase of training and teaching you how to build your own program. Built into the program are testing days so you can monitor your progress as we go. This program begins on Monday June 17th and will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm.


Running Tune-Ups

Join me and Ann Arbor Running company for open office hours and running tune-ups to help runners stay healthy and running strong every TUESDAY night from 5:00 to 6:00pm at Ann Arbor Running Company - 209 S Ashley, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Eliana will perform injury screens, posture, gait, mobility, strength and form evaluations during your 15-minute appointment. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come first serve basic
