We will be going out for a 30 minute out and back run, followed by a strength workout. Altra will be providing demo shoes for the run. Up and Running Performance will provide a strength workout focused on strength training for injury prevention and performance for half marathoners and full marathoners. All skill levels and race distances are welcome. Eliana Lin, PT, DPT will stick around following the strength class to answer any questions you have about your current training. There will also be snacks and beverages following the workout. Please sign up so we know who will be coming and how much food to get.

Join me and Ann Arbor Running company for open office hours and running tune-ups to help runners stay healthy and running strong every WEDNESDAY night from 5:00 to 6:00pm at Ann Arbor Running Company - 209 S Ashley, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Eliana will perform injury screens, posture, gait, mobility, strength and form evaluations during your 15-minute appointment. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come first serve basic
