This is a 6 week program focused on the basics of building a strength training program for Runners. Each week will have a different focus. We will work on going through an entire phase of training. Built into the program are testing days so you can monitor your progress as we go. This program begins on Monday April 22nd and will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm.

Join Ann Arbor Running Company, Brooks Running and Up & Running for a fun and educational evening with all your female running friends. Each time slot is limited to 15 participants (we will add more sections if they all fill up). The evening will begin with an educational session with Eliana Lin from Up & Running to go over some basic movements you can do to stay healthy and injury free. After that each group will have time with our Brooks Running reps to learn more about what makes Brooks Running sports bras and shoes so great, while you enjoy some beverages and snacks.

Running Tune-Ups

Join me and Ann Arbor Running company for open office hours and running tune-ups to help runners stay healthy and running strong every TUESDAY night from 5:00 to 6:00pm at Ann Arbor Running Company - 209 S Ashley, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Eliana will perform injury screens, posture, gait, mobility, strength and form evaluations during your 15-minute appointment. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come first serve basic
